The pre-employment health screen
-Establishes if a prospective worker is suitable for the proposed role through comprehensive screening. This can include the following; Personal health history assessment, audiometry, spirometry, blood & urine tests, cardiovascular check, vision check, body mass index (BMI), musculoskeletal assessment, occupational and ACC history, drug and alcohol testing.
-Establishes baseline health for annual health monitoring, to ensure your obligations are met.

On employee departure from your organisation, it is a good idea to carry out an exit medical. This ensures you are able to establish that your employee's health has not been affected in a negative way throughout employment.
Taylored Health Service can provide an Exit Health Screen and declaration from your employee prior to an employee departing your organisation.

A drug and alcohol testing programme helps employers ensure all employees behave safely and that any incident of unsafe behaviour is thoroughly investigated.
Workers under the influence of drugs and alcohol are classified as a risk to themselves and others. The Health and Safety in Employment Act amendments (2002) have made employers responsible for managing hazardous behaviours in the workplace.
Taylored Health are accredited (NZQA 25458) collectors of samples for drug urine testing.

Ergonomic workstation assessments involves an evaluation of an employee at their workstation to ensure optimal working postures and ergonomic work practices, correct workstation set up and ergonomic equipment recommendations, where appropriate.
